Board Charter
INTRODUCTION
| The Board of Directors (“Board”) supports Practice 2.1 “The Board has a Board charter which is periodically reviewed and published on the company’s website” as laid out in the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021 (“Code”). The Board is responsible for the stewardship of the Company and has constituted the Board Charter that forms an integral part of each Director’s duties and responsibilities. This Board Charter is not an “all inclusive” document and should be read as a broad expression of principles. The Company hereinafter shall refer to Solar District Cooling Group Berhad whilst the Group shall refer to the Company and its subsidiary(ies). |
