SOLAR DISTRICT COOLING BERHAD ("SDCG" OR THE "COMPANY") (I) BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS; AND (II) EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")
This announcement is dated 17 July 2026. Reference is made to the Company's first announcement dated 30 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("First Announcement"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the First Announcement. On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the exercise price of the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.8200 ("Exercise Price"). The Exercise Price represents a premium of RM0.1123 or approximately 15.87% to the 5D-VWAMP of SDCG Shares up to and including 16 July 2026 of RM0.7077. Malacca Securities further wishes to announce that the deed poll constituting the Warrants has been executed today.
