SOLAR DISTRICT COOLING BERHAD ("SDCG" OR THE "COMPANY") (I) BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS; AND (II) EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS")
This announcement is dated 21 May 2026. Reference is made to the Company's first announcement dated 30 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("First Announcement"). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the First Announcement. On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the necessary confirmations pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements have been submitted to Bursa Securities today for the implementation of the ESOS. Accordingly, the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 21 May 2026.
