We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 29 August 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter and the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 2 September 2025 on the above matter. The Company hereby provides the additional information for public release:- 1. The awarder is a major facility management player in the industry. 2. The Educational Institution is located in Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia. 3. The Company will utilise the proceeds from the IPO funds and internal generated funds for the purchase of materials and the installation works of the Project. 4. The Project is not expected to have any material impact on Company's gearing for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDCG, and the awarder have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality of their information. This announcement is dated 3 September 2025.
