SOLAR DISTRICT COOLING GROUP BERHAD ("SDCG" or "the Company") ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER OF AWARD BY SOLAR DISTRICT COOLING SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SDCG TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW (VRF) SYSTEM AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 29 August 2025 and 3 September 2025 in relation to the acceptance of letter of award by Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of SDCG, to supply and install variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system at an Educational Institution (“Project”). The Company would like to clarify that part of the estimated project costs totalling RM5.5 million will be funded through the unutilised proceeds from our IPO that are allocated for purchases of materials and general working capital. The balance of the estimated project costs will be funded through our internally-generated funds. This announcement is dated 9 September 2025.
