The Board of Directors of SDCG wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. had on 18 September 2024 accepted two letters of award from Mitrajaya Construction Sdn Bhd for the Sub-Contract Works (as defined below) for one block of 11-storey hospital for Avisena Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Seksyen 14, Shah Alam, Selangor. The aggregate amount of the two said letters of awards from Mitrajaya Construction Sdn Bhd is RM8.13 million (including Sales and Services Tax). The sub-contract works covers the following: supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Building Automation System; andsupply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) services.(Collectively known as "Sub-Contract Works").  Please refer to the attachment for further details of this announcement.  This announcement is dated 18 September 2024.
