We refer to our announcement dated 21 October 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. The Board of Directors of SDCG wishes to announce that the Company had on 19 November 2025 appointed Messrs. Reanda LLKG International PLT as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, having received their consent letter to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 on even date. This announcement is dated 19 November 2025.
