SOLAR DISTRICT COOLING GROUP BERHAD ("SDCG" or "the Company) CHANGE OF AUDITORS
The Board of Directors of SDCG wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act, 2016 from Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT ("Crowe") on their resignation on 21 October 2025 as Auditors of the Company and Group with effect from 21 October 2025. The resignation of Crowe is on voluntary basis and made on the ground of disagreement on the proposed audit fees. Save for the above, there are no any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in respect of the resignation of the Auditors. The Company will appoint another audit firm as the new auditors of the Company. Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company in due course once the nomination of new auditors is finalised by the Company. This announcement is dated 21 October 2025.
