Reference is made to the announcements made on 4 October 2024, 27 January 2025, 28 April 2025, 30 April 2025 and 30 July 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Serikandi Oil Field Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Serikandi") and Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. ("SDC") ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the ealier Announcement. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU entered between Serikandi and SDC. This announcement is dated 30 October 2025.
