The Board of Directors of SDCG wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solar District Cooling Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200301004597 (607017-T)] (SDC) had on 29 August 2025 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) to supply and install Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system at Educational Institution for a contract sum of Ringgit Malaysia Seventeen Million Five Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty (RM17,523,560.00) only for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2026. The further details of the LOA are set out in the attachment below.
